The Company Wizard have recently developed a new tool to generate an electronic copy of the company register sometimes referred to as the statutory books. The new service is available without cost to all customers who use the Company Wizard to register their limited company.
The new system creates individual Word documents that can be saved and printed to compile a complete company register. You can also access your share certificates from your control panel and you can even create new share certificates using our automated tool. This makes it very simple to generate the required documentation when allotting or transferring shares.
To access the electronic company register please log into your control panel and click to view the details for a company you have incorporated. On the proceeding screen you will see a link to generate an electronic company register.
Every registered company must maintain a statutory record of all directors, secretaries and members as prescribed in the Companies Act.
