We have just completed Beta testing on our Open Point
Company Formation API
. This new system enables presenters to file new incorporations over an XML web service.
We started developing the system in the last quarter of 2008 as a versatile and robust system for incorporating limited companies. The company formation API gives the presenter full control over the design and layout of their online forms and enables the process to be integrated with their proprietary systems.
