Registered Office
The registered office is usually the address from which you will conduct your business and it will be the principle point of contact for Companies House. The registered office address must be in the UK and can be a business or residential address providing it can be accessed by the directors to obtain any notifications issued by Companies House.
You can use a PO Box address provided that it is accompanied by a full postal address.
Designated Members

Member Details
On the second page of the LLP2 form you can enter each of the members for the partnership. You must enter their full name and their current residential address. Each member must individually sign and date the form against their details.
You can duplicate page 2 of the form where necessary to include all the members of the partnership.
Finalising and Submitting the form
Once the LLP2 form has been completed and signed by all the members it must be delivered to Companies House with the statutory £20 filing fee (cheques payable to Companies House).
