How does it work?

We agree a credit limit that is applied to your account. You may then submit any new company incorporations against the credit available on your account. When the company has been successfully formed we debit the amount for the service from your available credit. An invoice will be raised on account once the credit has expired or at the beginning of the proceeding month.

What are the conditions?

The decision to issue credit and the actual credit limit will be based on a number of factors. If you have any history with The Company Wizard then the procedure is simplified however generally we will perform a credit check on the company and possibly the directors where applicable. Once the checks have been carried out we will issue a response promptly.
