You have now completed all the necessary paper work that is required for Incorporation of your limited company. You must now ensure you send all the relevant documents listed below to Companies House:
	A signed and completed Memorandum of Association
	A signed and completed Articles of Association
	Companies House Form 10 (Signed and completed)
	Companies House Form 12 (Signed, completed and countersigned by a Solicitor or Commissioner of Oaths)
	A Cheque for £20 made payable to Companies House
Remember to keep a copy of all the paperwork you send to Companies House. The address you need to send the documents too are as follows:
The Registrar of Companies Companies House Crown Way Cardiff CF14 3UZ
Within 7 days you should receive a Certificate of Incorporation, you are now ready to commence business.
