Annual General Meeting (AGM)

An Annual General Meeting (AGM) must be carried out by all companies under the Companies Act 1985 once a year. The meeting usually covers such matters as the rotation of directors, appointment of auditors and review of accounts. The meeting also provides an opportunity for the shareholders to pose questions to the directors of the company.
